Please make sure that you read the size guides and measurements on the site to ensure you order the correct sized items. Please order carefully as it will not be possible to replace or exchange an item (unless faulty) due to the custom nature of the process.
Please note that due to bespoke nature of this item, we will not be able to replace or return items so please ensure that you have thoroughly read the size guides on the site.
In the unlikely event that your item(s) are damaged, or the size is not the one that you ordered, please contact hello@vektor.co.uk and we can assist further. If your item(s) are damaged, you may be asked to provide a photograph or return the garment to demonstrate the issue.
All HCR orders will be processed in batches so it might take up to 2 weeks if your order is at the beginning of a new batch.
Once your order is ready, Emily will contact you to collect in Hassocks
All garments adhere to Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) certified production and are decorated on-site here in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
