1. What payment types do you accept?

Payments are processed via Debit/Credit Cards, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

2. What size should I order?

Please make sure that you read the size guides and measurements on the site to ensure you order the correct sized items. Please order carefully as it will not be possible to replace or exchange an item (unless faulty) due to the custom nature of the process.

3. What about returns?

Please note that due to bespoke nature of this item, we will not be able to replace or return items so please ensure that you have thoroughly read the size guides on the site.

In the unlikely event that your item(s) are damaged, or the size is not the one that you ordered, please contact and we can assist further. If your item(s) are damaged, you may be asked to provide a photograph or return the garment to demonstrate the issue.

4. When will my garments be ready?

All HCR orders will be processed in batches so it might take up to 2 weeks if your order is at the beginning of a new batch.

5. How do I recieve my order?

Once your order is ready, Emily will contact you to collect in Hassocks

6. What material are the clothes?

  • T Shirts, Long Sleeve, Vests 100% Polyester.
  • Hoodies 80% organic cotton, 20% recycled polyester.

7. Are the items ethically/sustainably produced?

All garments adhere to Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) certified production and are decorated on-site here in Burgess Hill, West Sussex.
